Fall is a fabulous time to explore the Truckee-Tahoe area. While not as dramatic as east coast color, the varying shades of green, yellow, and even red are delightful especially late in the day or early in the morning. This is a favorite time of the year for creek meandering. Get out and find your special place that you will want to return to year after year. I have many.
